How to Exchange Cashapp
Cashapp Payments must be sent via Balance. Sending via Card/Bank will trigger our fraud detection.
Pay via the Cashapp Link provided in the Ticket Opening Embed.
Go to your Activity Tab

4. Click the Web Receipt Button
5. Copy the URL and Paste it into the Deposit Button on the Ticket
6. And you’re done! Now just click Withdraw to retrieve your funds.
How to Exchange PayPal
PayPal Payments must be sent via Friends & Family and Balance. Sending via Goods & Services and or Card/Bank will trigger our fraud detection. If you're using mobile, the screenshot must be from your browser at PayPal.com.
Please note when running the /depositpaypal command, the name you enter is Case Sensitive!
Pay via the PayPal Link provided in the Ticket Opening Embed.
Click Home to go back to the Home Page of PayPal
Scroll down to Recent Activity and Click on the Transaction you Sent
4. Take a screenshot while cropping inside the lighter part like shown in the example below
5. Inside the ticket, run /depositpaypal and submit the screenshot along with your PayPal Account’s Name. to see your PayPal Account Name.View your Account Settings
6. And you’re done! Now just click Withdraw to retrieve your funds.
How to Exchange Card, Apple Pay, and Cashapp Pay
Attempting to use Carded Cards, Logs, etc will trigger Stripe’s anti-fraud system.
Click Deposit and Enter the Amount you’d like to Exchange
Click the Payment Link and Pay
Click Check Payment
And you’re done! Now just click Withdraw to retrieve your funds.
